Architecture Weaknesses in Schedule Logic
One of the problems facing project managers when constructing the
logic of their project is avoiding inherently weak architectures in the schedule
network. Certainly from the point of view of risk management, avoidance is a key
strategy and well applied when developing the logic of the project. In this
section we will address two architectural weaknesses that lend themselves to
quantitative analysis: the merge point of parallel paths and the "long"
task.
